About Us
WHO WE ARE
We are a collective of LGBTQ+ students, staff, faculty, and allies at UNC Charlotte working to achieve social justice through intersectional dialogue, engagement, and action. We believe that the struggle for social justice takes place both in the classroom and in the community. By working with local, regional, and national organizations, we strive to bring an end to structural injustices in the university and the state of North Carolina.
WHAT WE DO
We seek to address campus climate issues, including job security, fair wage concerns, and the surveillance and policing of people of color, LGBTQ+ communities, and other marginalized populations in the state of North Carolina.
