I am a full time Admin in the College of Computing and Informatics and an adult student in Religious Studies and WGST. I have been married to my brilliant wife since 2014 and have four dogs, a cat and some backyard chickens.
I have worked with a Sexuality & Gender Alliance at my last institution as their advisor. I also have worked with first-generation college students, students and adults with disabilities, students in Title I schools, preschoolers, and in mental health capacities. I have an Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration and a Master in Counselor Education.

Donovan is originally from Eastern Kentucky. Donovan has received his Bachelor’s of Science in Mathematics from Morehead State University & a Masters of Art in Student Affairs Administration in Higher Education from Ball State University. Donovan enjoys explore Charlotte & finding new hiking trails for photography.

Employed at UNC Charlotte in Housing and Residence Life since 2003. Responsibilities include promotion, assignment and assessment of charges for on campus housing. Current President of LGBTQ+ Staff and Faculty Caucus.
Paul Holliday-Millard, Ed.D., is a Research Associate with Student Affairs Research & Assessment at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte (UNC Charlotte). Paul assists in the coordination, development, implementation, and interpretation of assessment, evaluation, and research projects. He also has over 10 years of experience working in higher education in a variety of functional areas.

Christin works in Atkins Library's Area 49, where she teaches classes, workshops, and trainings on how to use and incorpote makerspace, VR, and other emerging technology into class and personal projects. She has an interest in the crossection of DEI and technology, has one cat, and listens to too many podcasts.

Ryan's research focuses on (1) the experiences of minoritized social groups in higher education, with emphasis on identities of disability, sexuality, and gender, as well as intersecting social identities; and, (2) the institutionalization of diversity and equity initiatives within colleges and universities.

Jen started with UNC Charlotte in March 2021 and enjoys exploring new places in the Queen City! She is currently engaged to her fiancée, Heather. Jen currently serves as the President for James Madison University's LGBTQ+ Lavender Alumni Chapter.
Daniela is a staff psychologist at CAPS. Her professional passions include equity and social justice issues, multicultural psychology and outreach, Latinx identity, and group therapy. She is a dog mom, loves cooking, talking about Chile, and is a slow learner of indoor and outdoor gardening.

Angel is a native Charlottean and an alumna of UNC Charlotte. Currently, she works in Atkins Library as the Business Librarian and an Assistant Professor. Her interests include inclusive policies, Black filmmaking, and social entrepreneurship.
